“My AC was making a loud vibration after the unit cycled on. The technician that came out took off the cover to the unit where the capacitor and contactor are located. We waited for the unit to make the noise. Of course the noise didn't happen. The technician tightened up a few loose screws and left. The noise came back after he left. He didn't check the electrical resistance of any of the components. I have since replaced the capacitor and the noise is gone. I feel like there was no diagnostic process applied. Nothing was really checked out. Very disappointing.”
