Our installer, Marshall and Jake, came to our home on time, took extra care when walking through our house, cleaned up and even thanked us for doing business with them. I’m thrilled to have a new ductless system in my home, my husband was thrilled with the rebates, thank you Brian Adams for the info, and all together we are happy campers now.
