“Doug and Marcus installed my new heat pump (air handler) today. They arrived on time and were delightful to work with. Before they left they explained the new Ecobee thermostat, showed me how to change the filter and showed me the outside unit. They helped me set up my Ecobee account on my phone. They explained the maintenance schedule to keep the unit in working order. I put the maintenance dates in my calendar. Andrew, the electrician, corrected some breaker issues.”
“Very personable and listened to my needs well. He gave step by step instructions on what he was going to do and followed through with them. He made sure I was satisfied with the appt before he left and if I had any additional questions.
Very thorough and gave me discounts that I didn’t even know were available! Also, I was able to get an appt within a few days, which rarely happens.

“We had comfort solutions, install a new heat pump and a new electric furnace into our house. It was a very good experience dealing with the reps to figure out what we needed and then for the two guys that came and put it in took care of us in good order. Doug and Marcus put in our new equipment and we were Very pleased with these two guys and the work that they did for us. They went above and beyond to take care of us, move some of our equipment in the way, and then put everything back the way it was, and it was a very good experience. I can’t say Enough thanks to these two for the good job that they did, and very friendly and polite and nice. Thank you comfort .solutions job well done”
