“Our technician, Ken, came out on the hottest day of the year at the hottest time of the day to service our unit. He'd already had a very long and hot day but you wouldn't have known it: He was unfailingly pleasant and professional, very accommodating at the thermostat installation that wasn't on the original work order, took the time to explain our new unit and how to program it, and patiently executed every part of the job until he was satisfied it was done to the letter. Mason found an issue with another unit during that visit that if left unattended to, would have caused long term damage to my main furnace. “On May 3, 2024, Mason & Ken came from Comfort Solutions to my home to tune up my 22-year old gas furnace. They did a spectacular job. They had extensive diagnostic equipment and tested all the furnace components for voltage/amperage, CO, component temperatures, air pressure and flow. They took apart many internal components and thoroughly cleaned them with brushing and vacuuming. They removed a lot of debris from my PVC fresh air combustion pipe and cleaned internal surfaces. As an extra service they removed the main blower/motor assembly and totally cleaned all the many fan blades. The furnace now runs like it is brand new. I couldn't be happier with their excellent work.”
