I had central A/C installed March 2018. I was impressed that the salesperson, Greg, did a walk through of the plan with the project manager (PM). So often you never see the salesperson again. Then the PM came with a crew of 3 the day of installation. Installation went smooth. Price was great due to the time of year. They took care of registering my Carrier unit, besides pulling the permits and securing the electrician.
I found Comfort Solutions extremely professional, their installers and service are top notch. Our installer, Marshall and Jake, came to our home on time, took extra care when walking through our house, cleaned up and even thanked us for doing business with them. I’m thrilled to have a new ductless system in my home, my husband was thrilled with the rebates, thank you Brian Adams for the info, and all together we are happy campers now.
Awesome experience, friendly and easy to work with. The woman doing the scheduling was great, the tech took the time to fix the issue and make suggestions. Price for service was reasonable, very happy customer.

We would highly recommend Comfort Solutions. They replaced the failing, outdated HVAC system in our office this summer. There were a couple of hiccups when the first really cold spell happened, but they came out immediately and resolved the issues. They do excellent work, stand behind it and have extremely knowledgeable and friendly technicians.
I have hired Comfort Solution for 2 different jobs at my home. Both were significant New/replacement HVAC systems. Brian & his team are fantastic. Honest, dependable and hardworking.
Heating crew came on August 22, 2017 at 8:30am. Two men worked on removing old furnace and installing new furnace. It required vent to go out the side of the house and water to drain outside the house. They were easy going and finished the work around 3pm. The crew cleaned up the mess and courteous. I run my vacuum after and wiped the dust. Old furnace was 80% eff with 1″ air filter and new furnace is high eff with 2″ air filter and nicer thermostat. The crew installed fan switch next to the furnace and water pump for condensation to drain outside the house with its own outlet and switch. I feel they did a good job. The fan has been running since then for over an hour with that switch on. Reason for switch is because the line from furnace to thermostat is old line with single wire that only turns on and off. I need to hire them for fishing the wire from furnace through wall cavity and to the thermostat so it can control the furnace fully.
We’ve always had a great experience with the Comfort Solutions team; they are always punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. We would highly recommend them, in fact, it’s the only HVAC contractor in Portland that we do.
Hands down I had the best experience with comfort solutions. Great work, prices were on point. Felt like they really did care about me, I was in great hands. The young lady I talk to on the phone I want to say her name was Pam. She was so helpful answered all my questions and she went up and beyond out of her way to make sure that I was 100% satisfied now that is real customer service. we need more people like her.
