I bought and had installed two heat pumps when we had our addition done. The newer of the heat pumps had a problem from day one that could not be resolved by the company that installed the heat pump nor by any company after that; until, I found Comfort Solutions. I told the owner Brian Adams about the fact that when the weather would get very cold the heat pump’s circuit would pop and need to be reset. Without ever seeing the heat pump, Brian told me what the problem was. He ordered the part and the part was installed and I have not had the problem since then. He is soo very very good and what he does. He knows and loves his work and it shows. I wished he had been the company that installed our heat pumps back when our remodel took place but he will always be the company to maintain our equipment and when the time comes that we need to replace our equipment I will gladly use Comfort Solutions.
